Appointments in General

Although we try to offer appointments as soon as possible when contacted by our patients, we are not always able to give an appointment on the same day. We do endeavour to fit acute patients into our list if cancellations occur.

If you are not able to attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible as someone else may be desperate for your appointment slot. We try to understand the reasons for non-attendance. However, if this happens repeatedly you may be charged for the missed appointment

On occasions we unavoidably may run late, for which we apologise. Some cases are more complex than others and it may not be possible to run to time. However, we are not able to run late if you are late, as this may inconvenience others. You may be offered a shorter treatment or an alternative appointment if this happens.

Initial Consultation comprises of a:- full medical history, examination, tests etc., & usually includes treatment. On occasions we may need to refer you to your GP or elsewhere for further tests. This is for your safety & best care!
